What we ask of you

A small commitment, a real partnership.

  • Complete your profile and set up your first goal or program
  • Publish at least one plan or program (or an equivalent for non-coaches)
  • Invite at least three people — clients if you’re a coach, peers otherwise
  • Join a 15-minute feedback call once a month for three months
